Will University of Maryland be open this fall?
Though much of our learning and engagement have occurred remotely, we look forward to welcoming all members of our community back safely to campus in the fall. Our plan is to resume our operations at full capacity in the fall 2021 semester.

The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) is an insurance policy specially designed to cover University of Maryland, College Park students at a reasonable cost. Students can also enroll their spouse and/or dependents (under age 26) for an additional charge.
