Is the Student Health Center free?
The SHC charges a minimal fee for laboratory exams, radiology exams, durable medical supplies like crutches, splints, etc., and medications such as immunizations. These fees are charged to the student’s bursar account and may be paid at the time of service.
How do I pay my UCI insurance?
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AMEX). SHC does not bill 3rd party insurance plans for medical services with the exception of Pharmacy prescriptions.
What does the UCF Health fee cover?
These include, but are not limited to clinical procedures, x-rays, laboratory services, medical equipment, prescriptions, non-prescription medications, vaccinations, dental services, and physical therapy. When charges occur, students can elect to use their health insurance coverage, or pay out-of-pocket.
What is a Health service fee uncc?
University Health Services Fee is a mandatory fee for undergraduate and graduate students. The fee provides access to professional medical care at the Student Health Center. Students do not have to be enrolled in the Student Blue health plan to utilize the services at the Student Health Center.
Do SJSU students get health insurance?
SJSU requires all inbound international students to purchase the SJSU health insurance coverage prior to registering for classes. You can register for the mandatory SJSU health insurance online. International Students will not be able to register for classes without first purchasing SJSU health insurance.
